This beautiful black dress has a velvet waist band and comes with an optional velvet shawl. Tulle lining peaks at the bottom of skirt and the bodice laces up in the back of the dress. The design on the top of the dress reminds me of pressed flowers. Also has invisible zipper on side with an eyelet closure at the top. Has A-line silhouette. Measures 33 from top of back to end of tulle and 30" in waist. Bottom of dress has a raw cut
