sunicki Could you further explain what is meant by "offers should not be more than 10% to 15% at the most"? Do you mean when making an offer on someone else's item you should not go lower than 10 to 15% off of what they listed the item at?

ginav73 @sunicki Hi Susan 😊. What it means is that I list my items at a reasonable price, then I'm open to someone using the 'Offer Button' if they sound like to negotiate on the item I have listed. I get a lot of 'sensible' offers Ex: I lost the item at $20' they offer $17-$18. That is a fair and decent offer. What I also get a TON of is I list the Item at $20, and I get a ridiculous lowball offer of $5-$10.

ginav73 @sunicki That is a lowball & rude. Posh then takes 20% off on top of that. So if I'm offered $5, I would get $2.05 when said & done. Basically, the statement if for all the trouble makers & game players that come in and lowball. If an item is listed at $10, then $8 is sensible...not $3 & not $5. Hope that helps 😉

ginav73 @chrissieward71 Oh wow, I think they gave to know that's rude. That's what sends me over the edge, it's so rude & I get 98% of my offers at lie all offers. If I just got decent offers it'd be ok, but it's not reasonable it's like $6. Then if you call them on it, they get mad. I now leave a comment under their about page, and they get irritated. I think there are a lot of game players on here. It's too far we can't adjust our Offer Buttons ourselves, or turn them off on certain listings.

ginav73 @chrissieward71 I totally agree!!! In a way they encourage it, by allowing it with the offer button. It's definitely a problem. I also think they've encouraged people, by saying your supposed to give 1/2 off, then a discount & wrap with gifts. I do like that e bay is more serious, and you don't have people that expect gifts.

They know better, do they honestly think we are gonna say 'wow, great deal...I accept'. It's crazy. I'm loading a couple things on e bay, but it's overwhelming to me. I get easily cornfused lol 😂.

ginav73 @candyapple784 Jist put them in a Box, and you mail the same way. They have Shoe Boxes or a Large Priority Box will work. If you have Brown Wrapping Paper, you can wrap the Shoe Box & put the label on them. I thought Posh was gonna give discounted Shipping this week, but guess not 😒

ginav73 @candyapple784 yeah, I totally understand. I did my OT back in the 90's, before I got sick. I used to have perfect attendance, and did about 25 hrs a pay period of OT. Then, that all went out the door. I was lucky to do a full week of just my regular hours at the end ☹️.

ginav73 @candyapple784 yeah I always had a good manager that let me make time up, and understood. Then I got a new manger that was the devil in the flesh. I had to get FMLA under her, cause she simply didn't care. She was ticked cause half her Dept had to get FMLA. She couldn't do anything about it, and couldn't grasp that we'd rather be healthy & there and not using our PTO up on illness 🤔.

They also have them in Children Sizes & they make these in Silver too. There are tons of Shops on Etsy that make these, but they seem to be the most popular. I hope that helps. ginav73 @aa_boutique I’ve been on Posh since 2013, but then I became a Suggested User, they changed that program out for Posh Ambassador and that’s how I get all the followers. It’s much easier to become a Posh Ambassador these days, and you can see how your doing by looking on your Stats Page. If you can get that, it’ll greatly increase your followers. However, truth be told I did 10x better several years ago. The followers don’t seem to make any difference imo 😩
