@makeminepink You can either put it on the window sill and expose it to the sunlight for an hour or more, or put it in front of a light bulb for the same amount of time. The material inside will glow in the dark.

@makeminepink One hour is sufficient. I've even exposed them for less time (@15 minutes) and they still glow. If you put it in direct sunlight in the morning...it will be great for night time wear.
