msuebest @jessicavargas88 I have been tracking your package & concerned. All activity stops Feb. 8, @ 8:14 pm when it left St. Paul, MN. I called the PO today & was told I had to wait longer before they could do anything. I will call again in the AM as the tracking format looks like it is complete. I have been thru this before with positive outcome. Just want you to know I am still with you! ❤️

Was your USPS box damaged in any way when you received it? My husband helped me pack and in the photos you see they are in tact. I'm really sorry.

msuebest @jessicavargas88 I guess I am in shock. I have never had to do a return, only had great ratings. I feel so bad I let you down. But I assure you, when they left here, they were all 100% fine. I know your box got misplaced, so please if there is any damage to it, save it & take photos. & if not, I am totally baffled. I will contact customer support in the morning to see what I need to do. I can't say I am sorry enough!

msuebest @jessicavargas88 ok, what I have learned is that you have to go to your home page & at the bottom right hand corner you hit your ID "@jessicavargas88" then go to near the bottom and hit "Poshmark support center", hit "contact support center", under subject write "return" & return policy should come up, read it & come back & proceed with your return. Hope this helps.❤️

msuebest @jessicavargas88 No need to return the gift! I would not use the blush until your return is processed as it will no longer be a bundle, not sure if it will affect pricing. Posh has a no return policy with few exceptions, burden of proof is in your hands. I have photos of when I packed it. I have a set of those brushes, & I can't break them! The cases are very durable. It is all in Poshmark's hands. I tried my best to make this a good experience.❤️

msuebest @jessicavargas88 You need to read all the messages I sent, I told you what you need to do (It's a "no return policy").You have to follow the steps I provided & show proof of how the brushes were damaged. Almost impossible. I am getting information from the USPS for a report on the condition of the box when it was delivered. You may need that, because the only way those brushes got broken had to be thru massive damage not only to the box but also to both durable cases. The brushes are solid wood.
