This straightener is in excellent working condition. Only thing wrong is that the two plates have small cracked pieces missing from them. The straightner still works perfect and you cant even tell when you straighten your hair but you can see it! I added pictures for you to see. This is the straightner sold at the kiosks in malls for $200+ dollars! It also curls your hair perfect because it has curved sides! I love this straightner but my boyfriend bought me a new one!
