* New with store tags * Retail $ * Black velvet body with silver beading and metal appliques at the top * A stunning short train in the back * 82% rayon, 18% silk * 100% silk lined * It did not quite fit my mannequin so the back is shown unzipped * There are some small pulls on the inside lining. They are not visible from the outside & do not effect the dress at all. Probably from someone trying it on in my store and it caught a ring. Bust 35" Waist 28" Hips 34" Length 56" (front)

marlanap @meboutique My Pleasure, PFF!!! 💗💗💗 It was fun looking at other items in your closet. Not sure how I ended up in Dresses. But clearly you have great stuff in many categories. 👌🏽💗👌🏽 I had a BLAST! 🚀🚀🚀 It was a lot easier this time. Well, I have a newer phone now than 3 years ago. And having hosted in Jan via my Kids Closet I am sure made it easier too. The hardest part was having about 178 HPs I had to reduce to 100. Whew! That was work! 😅😅😅

marlanap @meboutique Yes and No. I was Liking lots of items while I was Sharing every day. So multitasking over several weeks worked since I normally Share daily anyway. I would make sure to Like items that really caught my eye, even when I was in my other closet Sharing too. And we got the Theme I think a week in advance. I just had. O idea how many Likes I had. It would be great if Posh created a Host Pick Likes listing for us. That would make it Super Easy. 👌🏽

marlanap In other words, unless you put it on Paper, you have no clue what you have and in how many in all of the Major Categories. So I did create Paperwork to remedy that. My first Party, I coordinated everything with 3 other Hosts. The 5th Host worked alone. Well, the 4 of us put all our Picks on Google Docs, Shared our Lists to avoid duplications, and even decided when each of us would share to the Party. So it was planned from start to finish. No gaps in the Party listings Loading either. 👌🏽

marlanap Working alone was fine this time. But it would have helped to know that some of us did not pick the Full 100. We had closer to 300 actual HPS so a few Hosts chose not to do 100. Posh says you do not have to do 100. But knowing others did not would have helped because there were some lulls here and there. In short, some of us were loading HPs way faster than others. Mine lasted until the end. But that 1st hour, I loaded way more than some others Hosts. 😅

marlanap Not criticizing anyone. But it really would have prepared me more Had all of the Hosts told one another how many HPS they actually were sharing and when? Posh also says you do not have to participate the whole 2 hours. But being there from start to finish does help. For instance, 3 of my HPs had to be changed because other Hosts posted them before me. Seeing that helped me! 👍🏼

marlanap In short, Co-Hosts touching base with one another I think makes for a better Party.👍🏼 I did talk with 2 of mine. But none of us said how many HPs. Knowing would have been a Real Plus.

marlanap @meboutique Their App. Their Rules. A MUCH simpler approach for me would be to have a list with 100 slots. Then just go down the Party Congrats. Like and write the Posher's Names down. Then add or delete once you get the Theme. I did not do it that way. I just Liked a lot of stuff. So having your Paper List from Start to Finish makes it much Easier. I am somewhat detailed oriented. Some Party Hosts just do their Picks during their Parties now. No can do for me! 😜

I tried to have 10 items in All major Categories too: Dresses, Bags, Shoes, Accessories, Jewelry, Pants/Jeans, Skirts, Tops, Swim/Intimates/Other. Also made sure to try to include 25 Newbies. I did All of that! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

marlanap @mmadonna40 The Theme, of course, dictates your changes. It is tough because the Vet Poshers with Walls full of HPs really come out to support you. No doubt, they have HPs and still deserve HPs. This time around, I focused upon Newbies and others who needed more HPs. Not slighting anyone, but Posh says to Show Love to the Newer, less experienced Poshers. Makes sense. 👍🏼

meboutique @marlanap I requested to be a host last July & other than being offered a daytime party (which I had told them was not possible due to my travel schedule when I submitted the request), I have heard nothing. I see people who are hosting evening parties that haven't even been on Posh since last July.

dream4joy @meboutique hi fellow polisher! I actually had the same dress & just sold it. Did not know you had the same listing until I just looked online. I am having an issue w/ my buyer. She says there are unusual looking seams at the front bottom of the dress as if some adjustments had been made after market.

Wondered if you might take time to look at yours to see if it has odd-looking seems at the hem? She noticed them by looking underneath. Any chance you could check yours for me???

meboutique @dream4joy They are absolutely fine on this one. I carry Badgley Mischka in my stores also & have never had an issue with a single product I ever in 12 years received from them. Wish I could say that about some of the other designers I have carried over the years.

Any chance you would be able to send a picture of the underneath of the front of the Hem of your dress? I guess I just need to see what it should look like versus what the buyer sent me.

meboutique @elyse100 Your hem should be a blend hem, if it isn’t then it has been altered. But I have nothing to do with this other than her randomly messaging me. And when I saw that she used my photos as you can see from this listing I messaged her on my listing and hers. So as long as you are within 3 days open a case.
