Hi can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong I've been selling since April '15 I follow posh rules I've had all 5 star ratings I share a ton! But I don't seem to get any host picks🙁 I even signed up for Instagram and share on there. I think my things are just as nice as the next persons. I work really hard at making sure my customers are happy with their purchases.

Posh members! This was my first Poshfest and I already can't wait for the next one! And thank you @manish for teaching me to "embrace my weirdness"! I normally hold off on my dancing style because it's a bit different, but I decided to be me! Hi Mr. Chandra - I hope poshmark is aware that there are a ton of scammers, using the name poshmark followed by 4 numbers, luring poshers to their phony site poshmarkrewards.com and asking for emails. Please see @pm_editor first listing for complaints. I hope this scam can be shut down ASAP. Thank you.

@manish The Poshmark scam has been going on for three days now. I know PM is working hard to remove the spammy comments and disable the offending accounts, but my 2 cents as an IT Consultant and UX Professional: Enable a long term solution to this problem. 1. 60 day probation for all new accounts meaning 3 reports of spam/harrassment and their account is automatically frozen for review by PM team.

@manish 2. After 60 day probation period, increase to 5 or more reports for account freeze. This can be done easily with some database scripts and will stop the spammers until they come up with new methods. I have always said that there needs to be some sort of account freeze in place for people or bots that mis-use the system. It should be proactive, not reactive in fighting these people.

@manish I love your app but your employees have found it in their power to block my payments and purchases for no reason. they say its in the name of disputes but my bank has already confirmed there are no disputes filed. This has happened more than several times. Not sure if someone is against me there or what? I would like my account to be reinstated please, @MinxMisfit. Someone has a vendetta against me purchasing with these fine people and I did nothing wrong, just having a love to shop.

Hi Manish,
I want to report what an enormous inconvenience it is as a seller when the app moderators allows accounts without proper valid forms of payment to submit offers on items. It infringes on the rules PM enforces and can severely damage the seller. This happens way too often and it’s becoming an issue for me personally.

I purchased 17 garments. I received a box with one garment, not even mine. The seller boxed two orders then put the wrong label on each. I was promised a corrected mailing label yesterday, it never came. I don’t tolerate lying. Where’s my label, more importantly did my counterpart get his label? I’m leaving town on holiday. I just had a listing removed for not being authentic. the item was a Louis Vuitton bag and was bought on Poshmark it was listed as being authentic so I believed it was authentic. I was reposhing because the strap broke and I was trying to make my money back to buy another bag but now I am completely out all the money I put into it. I would like a refund/credit for the amount I purchased it for. I have emailed but have gotten no response and was advised to contact you directly by other poshers.

Hi, I emailed you last night in regards to another Posher who is using my photos and refuses to take them down. I have sent support 7 emails now- with all of my original images. Now, she is claiming MY photos are stock images from Ryu- which is a lie. I have put in a call to the Vendor (Ryu) and emailed them. The posher is now being verbally abusive and cursing on the platform. I'm invoking the Digital Millenium Copyright Act for Takedown of her listings, I also just retained an Attorney.

Hi, I have only started selling with the posh community for the last few months.
However, without any warning from poshmark I cannot list new items for almost an entire week, and I also cannot bid on items. I've made several attempts to reach out to posh support and other social platforms to reach posh.
I'm on a medical leave and rely solely on posh right now for income and I'm not sure how to resolve this when no one is willing to help. what else can I do?
