laurymason what if it says "in process" how long would it take to ship ? and it still gives me the option to "accept order"

serastardust @laurymason if you just bought something and did not receive it don't press the accept button, even if it is available for you to. only do that step when you receive it, or else the seller will get the money before they even send it out. (Just a precaution for your $ safety as a buyer)

serastardust @laurymason If it says processing that just generally means the order is been submitted and it now is notifying the seller to begin your package. I think your best bet in your situation is to comment your seller directly and ask about how far along they are with your purchase. That probably will clear up any confusion :) I hope this helps💕

browndog95 I never rec'd an accept button, only asked for a rating. Does that mean I automatically accept? I'm pretty tech savvy and I've never encountered anything so non-intuitive.

serastardust @browndog95 did you receive your items? If not then I would contact the poshmark team. The only way to leave a rating is after the accepting phase 🤔

serastardust @sndrgmz3 sorry for the late reply, I actually answer this question a few comments up in my thread. But basically don't accept if you haven't receive the item yet. They just have the accept option just in case you do receive the item earlier then their tracking system predicts (my best guess).

serastardust @kcooper26 first go to your seller and ask them about the status. You should have also been emailed your tracking code when the package was mailed out, use it to find the location. If still confused I would email Poshmark directly. But until you receive your package I WOULD NOT ACCEPT. Once you accept the seller gets your money, so if he situation is unclear avoid accepting. serastardust @krissyp32 how long ago did you make the purchase? You only get shipping information sent to your email after the package has been shipped out and processed by usps. I would comment on the listing of the item you purchased, that's the only way to contact sellers.

serastardust @ashleyspenc929 @ashleyspenc929 hm your situation sounds very curious. My theory is usps must not have processed the package if you didn't get an email about it. Once it processes it at the post office the entire email + tracking process begins. I would suggest contacting poshmark directly with your situation. To get in touch-- at the bottom of your user home page it should say contact "Poshmark Support Center". From there you should be able to reach them 💓

serastardust @briduarte10 if the tracking info says the Order has been received my the buyer, they have 3 days from the received date to examine the item before Poshmark automatically releases funds to you. I hope this helps ☺️

serastardust @briduarte10 within that 3 day period they are able to accept it to release funds sooner, but Poshmark has that safety guarantee for the seller of when the tracking confirms its at the destination for 3 days then it releases funds 💓

luciiousalyxx I sent out an order to someone and it says pending acceptance. What happens if they dont accept my order but have it ? Will I still get paid or will I lose what was for sale ? :/ im starting to think they played me. Like they had a pic on poshmark and now its gone.

serastardust @luciiousalyxx Poshmark has a safety system in place. The tracking number on the package will be monitored and when it is confirmed delivery at the location the buyer has three days to inspect the item and accept the order. After that third day if they don't accept Poshmarks system automatically steps in and released the funds to you. I hope this helps 💓

serastardust @sonyr567 hm well it seems like you’ve done everything on your end. It’s now the sellers job to investigate what happened, they should email Poshmark support. Just stay in contact with them, but I believe the issue is now their problem to deal with. You’ve already made your payment so you should not have to send anymore money at this point. Hopefully they are being truthful with you.

serastardust @shatteredglass the tracking number on the package would reveal everything. If the tracking does not get scanned & confirmed to your address they don’t get the money, UNLESS you press the accept package button. So do not press it. If you are worried I would recommend sending an email to Poshmark HQ. They are really friendly and helpful.

peterkboyd1 I tried to send out 3 orders but the post office wouldn’t take them because the date on the label was different than the date of shipment. I paid for my own labels so I could ship it right away because I couldn’t get any where to print new ones. So according to Poshmark they were never shipped however I tracked them and they have been delivered. Can they still hit an accept button?

serastardust @peterkboyd1 oh man tbh I wish you contacted Poshmark before buying your own labels, because at this point you have to rely on the customers honesty + you spent money you didn’t need to. If they do receive it tho all they would have to do is go into their “purchases” tab and click on the order and press “accept” and you will get your money ☺️ I hope this helps!

serastardust @chickwskills did you receive the item? My thoughts are that it automatically would become “delivered” after the tracking number has confirmed it at the location for 3+ days. But if that isn’t the case I would contact Poshmark support
