Up-cycled and Personalized Lucky Hangtags

I love a good key fob or hangtag or purse charm or key chain... Whatever you call it, every purse looks great with one. I've up-cycled leather, suede, and vegan leather tassels and charms from my huge Lucky collection, and revamped them for color and flair.
