onthecheap I got these uggs today, they dont scan like all my others......they dont seem to be authentic, if i set up a post will you buy them back for same price I paid?

ashleigh_mac @onthecheap how do you scan them? They are 100% authentic they were purchased from Nordstrom with an ugh cleaning kit. They were purchase probably 2 years ago so maybe that's why? But if you don't want them you can send them back via posh.

onthecheap @ashleigh_mac I scanned them, from the barcode thats sewn into all boots and they dont scan....all mine worked fine yours doesnt take me to the ugg site.

ashleigh_mac @onthecheap no I understand that's it's not that you don't want them, I just know they are authentic. Can you look up signs of unauthentic uggs to verify they aren't fake? I'm fine if you want to send them back via posh, but I would never sell something or advertise it for what's it not! I'm sorry they aren't scanning and hope there's a way for you to be assured

ashleigh_mac @onthecheap it says the label inside should just have Suns on that you can move? I don't see anything about scanning. But the fur is extremely fluffy and the soles do bend so I'm sure they are authentic. Please send them back via merc since that's where we made the transaction, and they will refund you 100%. Again I'm sorry for this, but they were definitely purchased from a Nordstrom

onthecheap @ashleigh_mac if you go to ugg site youll see in 2013 they added the bar code which you boots have and you are suppose to scan it and itll take u to ugg austalia site...mine do yours dont.

onthecheap @ashleigh_mac I wasn't able to scan them...I emailed merc and explained that the condition of the boots didn't seem like they had been only worn 10 times( my daughter has the exact boot and only a couple months old) ...so that made me question whether they were authentic and that while I'm not sure if they are or are not Id like to return them for ones I know are real for sure....haven't heard back yet
