Forever 21 Animal Print Mini Dress NWOT

Make a statement and turn some heads with this dress. Love the braid straps. It has an attached waist tie that sits above the waist, but I also love it with a thick black belt for accentuating the tiny waist, and also if you want to lower the waistline for a different look.
