💢Sold💢 Free Shipping. This vintage Louis Vuitton clutch/pouch is in excellent used condition and was only used a few times. Rare intact tag from the French Co. the company that had a license to make Louis Vuitton products back in late 70's, early 80's. A few scratches on interior but amazing condition, especially given its age. Measures approximately 9.75 x 8 x 1.75". Not eligible for bundle discount.

This is authentic, as are all my items and very rare because the French Co tyvek label is completely intact. Most bags from this time period have damaged or missing labels. franonymous @esmevi the prices on handbags like Chanel, LV and Hermes are affected by many factors, not just the age which in this case makes it a collectible because the French Co had a license to make bags for LV 30-40 years ago and most French co bags are in terrible shape and just pretty hard to find at all and while the tag thing sounds silly, the intact tag is very rare and adds value. I have compared this price with the prices for similar bags on other sites and it is more than reasonable.😊

franonymous @kaitlin419 neither. I am pretty sure did not come with dust bag. I do not recall seeing one. This is from very early 80's-they MAY not have been dust bags for the smaller pieces/French Co pieces. This was my first Louie. A college friend gave it to me (brand new) as birthday gift! This particular friend with her mom every Louie made at the time. I barely used it. I saved my pennies and bought a speedy which I did use until it looked like a truck ran it over!

franonymous @kittykatayyooo i believe yours is real and a bit smaller than mine. It was made in France by LV, as opposed to mine which was made by pretty much their only licensee, a company called the French Co, which interestingly was located in the US. At the time the French Co bags were less expensive than the made in France bags, like yours. However, since bags from the French Co hardly ever have the tyvek label intact showing that the bag was made by them, it adds a little more value to it.

The bags made in France by LV themselves were better made than the French Co Bags so they had better zippers, the leather tab on the end of the zipper, higher quality interior, etc. they were more expensive.
