Slightly flared, lined plaid skirt is homemade by me in the late 70s. I believe it's a wool blend fabric, but not sure. I was working at a fabric store at the time.
Waistband has a side zipper and button closure. Measures:
waist 26",
width of hem 47",
length 25".
