Hi Manish! I just like to make a suggestion. Your customer service might be great but is extremely late and it's not very unprofessional to respond to someone 3-5 days. That would probably be the only thing poshmark needs to improve. Unfortunately I purchased a bag from a scammer, her listings were deleted and my CC is still charged. Please help:(

@manish it took extended time to process through USPS because of all the holiday traffic, and though I told her it had been shipped, she still cancelled it. I contacted poshmark and they said they would work with us both to get the funds released. I had the tracking number to prove it was delivered, and your team said they had reached out to her and she needed to confirm she wanted to keep the purchase and we'd go from there.

@manish The buyer insists she never got any emails but has made it clear through our conversation on the comments section that she wants the boots. Though poshmark said they were working with her and waiting to hear back from her, the buyer now says the funds were credited back to her account and she wants to pay me directly to avoid the poshmark fee (but lo and behold the bank is closed today).

@manish The purchase was a $120 pair of boots that she bought for $48, so $38.40 would be coming to me, so not an insubstantial purchase. I know the woman is straight up lying about everything but my hands are tied and I don't have the power to do anything, and it's wanna-pull-my-hair-out frustrating that I can only communicate once a day (at its most frequent) with poshmark via email.

I posh for fun and to be a part of the amazing community, but also because I legitimately need the extra money, and I never signed up to the site to be giving my very much loved and well maintained possessions away for free.

The relationships I have built on here have meant more than any sales I could imagine. One of the many wonderful women I have met on here I recently went into the fashion business with, without ever meeting face to face. Manish- PLEASE help me! I have been with you for years and I am a suggested user and I have never been so poorly taken care of by the support team. For weeks I couldn't even get them to respond to my concerns, just generic emails that made it clear no one was reading my emails. A girl recieved a damaged ring and told me herself it was by the post office! I have multiples of this ring, I would never send a damaged ring.

I have defended poshmark and loved it and never had to worry about selling or buying. I am honestly shocked by how I am being treated. I have all of our emails. I was ignored for weeks. Imagine if I had sold something expensive! I would be out a lot of money. Please help me deal with this because I can not get the support team to actually read and acknowledge my concerns!!

I find that a lot of Posher's warn others so we can ALL REPORT AND BLOCK. There should not be penalties for this! Making the community aware of the situation?? The original price of this jacket was around 3000. And I let it go for 99. I'd have to agree with many posts above on, PoshMark "Support". You guys need to work a little harder and faster, considering we too keep the business going. Closet @emmorw* has withheld my money, after giving me a bundle deal. No communication, just took my money and blocked me. I now can't grocery shop until day 7. After many petty scams such as these going unnoticed, I've decided to donate my items by June 1st. Hopefully, PoshMark can revamp their humane side.

I normally don’t have issues with Poshmark customer service but they really screwed me over yesterday on a damaged item I received. And if you say you’ll contact your credit card company to dispute the charge they’ll remove your Poshmark account. I really don’t think that’s fair. I messaged them back regarding this but I won’t hear anything for a few days I’m sure. 🙄

@manish Hi Manish, I am a long-time Posh buyer and seller (6+ years). I have enjoyed using this platform and never had any issues until recently. For the second consecutive sale for a dress sold for $200, I have had a dishonest buyer damage my item and open a frivolous return case (both were disguised fit issues cases where they quickly tacked on an additional issue -- i.e. "loose button" to get the case returned). I received my dress back today with one of the buttons in fact damaged.

I used my Poshmark balance I earned on my sales. Customer service is telling me it’s 15 days to credit back to my account?????? Somethings not fair with that!

I was injured and had to take a break from my work, and I started here to help supplement my income. Each time when I listed an item or items your Poshmark team would emailed me that the item is considered counterfeit and put a restriction to my account. I am very disappointed and angry that they would considered that fact without completely do their research on the item. I would not waste my time or support counterfeit items.

I sold an Authentic Valentino handbag a few years ago, which was deemed counterfeit; I had to go to extreme measures to get my bag back AND prove it was authentic all along.

I am currently out of work, and can not receive unemployment. So I listed a pair of Chanel earrings, which sold. I really need/needed that money. They were also deemed “not authentic” which happened in the past 2-3 weeks. These earrings are 100% authentic. I am STILL waiting on them to get back to me in the mail from Poshmark headquarters. Needless to say I won’t be listing ANY high value items ever again on this app.

Since I can't get any help from Poshmark support in regards to someone who has stolen my images. My attorney has recommended a DMCA Takedown Notice. This has gone way too far. I have emailed posh support 7 times. I have emailed you. This is my 2nd comment in your closet. I have had to get the Vendor involved as well. The Posher who stole my images has become verbally abusive. She is cursing on the platform. I need to know WHO I can send a takedown notice to immediately!

@littlegypsie are they stock photos or you took the photos yourself? Stock photos from a vendor are probably public on their site as well. And If they use a vendor with the same merchandise same access to photos. Have you tried tagging the images with your close name? That way if she tried to take them there’s no way to crop out your name because it can be a faded text onto it. Ugh that’s terrible. If she’s cursing I’m sure she will be removed soon!

@boston_pink Hi, the photos that I'm referring to are MY photos- taken in my photo studio. I had to get the Vendor involved because the posher that stole my photos "claimed" that she got MY photos off of the Vendor's website- she specifically said - OrangeShine/Ryu. This is a lie. I had to contact the vendor (Ryu), and make them aware of her "claims". The vendor had to create an official form for Posh's Copyright Agent. Posh finally removed her listings (3 of them). Thanks, it was terrible.

My sale has been improperly cancelled for 2 reasons.
1. Claim that the chain on the necklace is not authentic Tiffany
2. Claim that the receipt was not included with the item

@manish As it pertains to number 1: This is a false claim. The chain is not only authentic but is the chain that came with that specific medallion. In addition, the chain cannot be removed from the medallion (holes in medallion do not allow for the chain to be slid off). If Ellen had full knowledge and/or had reached out to Tiffany directly, she would have known that there are instances where a chain and medallion are sold together (and not separable) where only the medallion is stamped.

I had already packed and dropped off the package. I have my entire confidential purchase history from Tiffany from 2010-2015 which includes this necklace. Against my better judgement, I sent it to the authenticator to prove the necklace is authentic. I have received no response.

I have been informed that part of your best practices is to send the item to a 3rd party authenticator if there is any question. This did not happen. It is also part of your best practices to reach out to the buyer if you believe something is missing. This did not happen. This is completely unacceptable.

This is absolutely unacceptable and completely incorrect. I would like to speak with a supervisor immediately. Dear Manish, I would like to share my aweful experience of a recent purchase on Poshmark after several tries to reach the customer service. I bought a Chanel bag in September and it qualified the free authentication. It went to your center first and was authenticiticated by your expert. However when I received it, I feel the authenticity is questionable as several places looks incorrect than other real Chanel bag.

Then I paid to a reputable online authenticitcation service and the bag came out to be fake. I have been a loyal buyer on Poshmark and everything went well before, but this time really makes me disappointed and sad, not only because your expert made mistakes on authenticitcation, more important, is being ignored and can't find any help through your customer service.

@manish Since the listing had only few pictures of the actual jacket with rest of them being from the official Canada Goose website, none of these flaws were seen in the pictures or mentioned in the description. I was dissatisfied with the item since it was not “as described”, I initiated a return request within few hours of receiving the item. Poshmark reviewed my concerns and the photos and approved my return request and sent me a return shipping label on October 5

While the product is in transit to the seller, I received another email from Poshmark on October 8 stating that the return request is denied because the item was deemed authentic. Since then I have sent multiple messages to Poshmark support to get clarification and all I hear back from them is that the item is authentic, all Poshmark sales are final and that the item will be shipped back to me.

@manish Even though I questioned the authenticity of this item in my first message to Poshmark, I am not contesting it. Authentic product doesn’t necessarily mean it would be flawless. The point I am trying to pass on to the support team is, I am not contesting the authenticity of the item but the item definitely does have findings that were not depicted or disclosed in the listing. And I wouldn’t expect this from a jacket that I paid over $700 for.

Sir, please look at it from my standpoint. I paid $715 of my hard earned money to receive a jacket that has quality issues. And when I shared this with my friends at work and my family members, they all agreed that I should be able to return this product like the way Poshmark accepted it in the first place.

I’ve literally just marked my Home listings of $34,799 as Not For Sale because of the issue of needing a shipping label for 22lbs to ship the piece of Nagel art $699 and not getting a reply from support but customer service CANCELLED my order after I paid a professional company $48 to wrap it for shipping PLEASE HELP! Your Support dept CALLED the Buyer (who I asked to call me to let him know I was having a problem getting a shipping label over 10lbs and that it may take a couple extra days for a reply) but SUPPORT Never Called even though I provided my cell and asked them to. or Emailed me back! That’s a FIRST. Hurtful & confusing. I’m 5Star Seller & Ambassador

By the way I totally got SCREWED OVER by Poshmark on Nagel Artwork sale.
They don't support shipping labels over 10 lbs, had the customer cancel the order 2 days later, AFTER I SPENT $47 having Best Boxes package it for shipping out of my pocket of course and NO-ONE at their customer support has replied to any of my FOUR Support Messages since Tuesday!
They're completely blowing me off! So disillusioned. Suzzanne

@manish Happy holidays. Do you have time to help a Posher in need? I have a problem and your customer service staff has failed. Today has been all of form e-mail responses and it is heartbreaking. I must have had four separate people message me back with no warmth or compassion. The worst feeling is that seems NO ONE cares. I hope you see this and message me back.
