happyorganics @lisasandler I am sorry. I have had face tune for awhile &I thought I had gotten it for free. It may have gone up in price. The first step I have listed is to download the app. The first screen shot is of what the app looks like & a #1 is typed next to the icon. After you have the app open the directions go from #2 on up. I have the how to numbers listed in two places. First place is the how to the list to guide you through the process. Second is where your next step is located in the app.

mistle I have a question about the app. I looked for it in the App Store and there seems to be one for $4.99 and two apps (with the same icon) for $1.99. I didn't see one for 3.99 and I just want to make sure I'm choosing the correct one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

mistle I purchased the app earlier and thanks to your instructions, I was able to rework a few of my pictures. It is slow but does look pretty nice :-) One other question: can you change the background color or texture (like wood or brick) or can you just do white?

happyorganics @mistle With this app I have made my backgrounds black as well with the darken option under lighting. You can play around with the texture under the texture option, but its just subtle effects. It doesn't have any fancy background options. You might need a separate app for that. Once you get the hang of how to use it, you will be able to whip out white backgrounds faster and faster. Have a great day!

It really is great for cleaning up the face, detailing eyes enhancing without disturbing the integrity of a picture. Thats how I figured out the feature to white out backgrounds or make them darker. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

happyorganics @conniemarie12 Facetune should be available for android too. If your getting a new phone I would wait to download it. I wouldn't want you to spend the money on the app &not have it transfer to your new phone. I made this for another sweet posher who wanted to know how I made my backgrounds white. I had no idea so many other users would enjoy it too. I don't think I will take this down. Unless I find time to make a better tutorial. Let me know if you have any questions.

styledbuyv Okay so when I go back to wipe it to reveal the true color, my fingers must be too fat or something because I cannot fine tune it and the original background color is showing a little. Can you make the wipe circle smaller?

happyorganics @vmusto123 pinch the screen with your thumb and index to zoom out and separate them to zoom in. The zoom helps a lot and thats the only way to adjust the wipe size. You can get really close. I have chubby sausages for fingers so I always have to zoom. haha! I hope that helps.

styledbuyv Okay that's perfect. Now one more question love muffin.... What do you do about shadows? Ever run into a shadow issue? I want to remove those or whiten them somehow but the lighting all the way up isn't covering them. TY so much btw

happyorganics @vmusto123 Not often, but yes! Thats when the paint tool comes in handy. Use the color pick tool and choose white or any other color you wish to cover it with and then select the paint brush tool. Zoom in and paint away. 😊

happyorganics @conniemarie12 Hi connie! This must mean you have a new phone!! How exciting! After You click on the brighten icon you have to swipe your finger up the screen to get more white or down the screen to lessen the effect. If its not working you may and inverted the effect by hitting the clear tool under the wipe options.

happyorganics @lisasandler Hi Lisa! That's great news! I am so excited its working for you! I have used a stylus (the stick thingy 😉) but I usually cant find it when I need it. Go figure haha! To get my pictures to fit I use Insta fit free and then It gives me a little but of a boarder. You can change the color of the boarder which is pretty neat. 😊 It's nice to hear from you! happyorganics @hollylightly Good Morning, Heather. I am happy to help. This app takes just a little bit of a learning curve, but once you got it, it's super easy. After you select your photo, and go into filters, then lightening and choose brighten. Then when you use your finger to adjust the level of white by swiping your finger up the screen for MORE white or down the screen for less white. On the top of the screen it will give you a % of what level of white is showing. cnt

happyorganics @hollylightlyI always go with the white at 100%. You will only see a white square at this point. After you have selected your preferred level of white, go into the WIPE tool. Click CLEAR and your picture will be cleared of the pure white. Then go into the APPLY tool. Use your finger to apply the white background to the picture by rubbing your finger on the screen to the areas you want it applied.

happyorganics @hollylightlyYou can Zoom into the picture by using your pointer finger and thump by placing them on the screen and then separating your finger on the screen. To Zoom out Place the same fingers on the screen and pinch the screen.

happyorganics @hollylightly If you color an area you don’t want white. Click on the WIPE tool again and It will now act as your eraser. Use your finger and rub on the areas you want to remove the white. The zoom feature I talked about works great here too. I hope this helps. :)

mobile_boutique HI! I was looking for a place to thank you so much for sharing from my closet and ran across your tutorial on the app. I "painfully" take the time to cut images out of the photo in photoshop elements and put on white. Yours sounds easier! Does it take very long and does it do a good job of getting clean lines around the object? I could have many more things listed by now if not "working" on photos. Thanks again!

I have to make another meet the posher asap! I LOVE this app! It's not as amazing as photoshop admittedly, but it does make beautiful white backgrounds. You can get some really clean lines when using a stylus and once you get the hang of it whip them up pretty quick. ☀️😊💕
