How small is the small? I'm between small and medium but want this to fit loosly on me, as in the photo...not too snug...

@sashy86 It runs true to size with an oversized fit, the small measures 23" long, and 25" across the chest. It depends on how loose you like it, neither size would be snug on you. I'm 5'5" size 2 in a small.
