@trockstar so i msde the report and they told me that i can have you served papers to tske u to court here in the state i live since i have all the proof im def going to do it. I can gice u a refund if you decide to not go to court but i will press charges at my local police station sonce i DO have your name and address and full name. So you should expect to be served coirt papers within a week a so after i file the small claims paper today :) let me know

@carissaleanna I totally understand why you're upset, but @trockstar didn't do anything wrong. The description of your item doesn't say anything about being reserved for a specific person, so trockstar bought it. And then you shipped it. Trockstar never forced you to do anything and never lied about anything. I understand that you're upset, and I would be too, but it was your mistake and trockstar is under no obligation to send it back.

You bought it and assumed it was for sale at the said price. And how could you know she was having surgery and was on medication?
