Hi this specific ring came from heldzberg diamonds. At least that is what I found when I did a search on the HDS hallmark stamped into the inside of the ring. You probably already knew that but you might have some luck taking the picture there and see if they have it. I looked online for a little while and didn't see it when I have time I can look some more. Unless you already have. ๐

I lost my grandfathers 18k gold cigar band diamond ring when I insisted on wearing it even tho it was too big even for my thumb... It was Summer and I went into air conditioning, looked down, and bye bye ring!!! I have looked for a similar one(I was told it was called a "Chinese ring" because it had three Chinese characters next to the diamond at the bottom of the cigar band-25 yrs later,no luck... May you find your ring!!!!
