agillman @reneemj measuring the front from the top of the strap to the bottom of the skirt it is just under 33"

agillman @reneemj it should fit a 30 in waist no problem. The narrowest part of the dress is the seam just under the bust line. That seam is 30 inch around. I think it should fit a 34b. I'm bigger than that and it is just a little too small. The only part that might be close would be that 30 inch seam under the bust. Maybe try measuring yourself where it looks like that would hit to see if it would work for you? But I think it would work. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
