decorator30 Hi there! I see that you do a lot of business on Posh and I'm wondering if I could ask you a question? Do you find that there are people who scam? Like buying something and saying they didn't get it or that something was used and it wasn't? I've had two cases in the last week. I'm trying to decide if I should continue or call it quits. I don't like the dishonesty that I feel is going on. Opinions?? Thanks so much!!😄

bvmarket @decorator30 I checked out your closet and want to compliment you on having such a lovely posh compliant closet. There is a small group of buyers that treat our tiny businesses like they do the large retailers. Unfortunately, returns and buyer's remorse is somethinv we have to deal with from time to time. My advice is to continue to strive to do your best to deliver the best customer service possible, and consider improving and revising your listings by taking an open and honest approach.
