jenangel89 @veezynoemi hi! Yes they are true to size and so comfy. I'm not home to measure or take additional pics but you can see from these pics there is traction, I just wore mine in the snow Yesterday and they were perfect! I have skinny legs and if I tie them tight enough they don't even leave room between the leg which is great
