@butafly21 no sweat will break thru your clothes. It has a moisture wicking fabric lining inside. I've worked out for hours in mine and never had breakthrough. It really a draw. The purple style is super super popular. And you are getting a STEAL Bcuz others price it between $75-130.

@aurora_apparel no this is too small. The waist measurement is in chart above and far led side . This accommodates up to waist size 31 inch. No problem on the questions. Another rule of thumb is that this fits clothing size 8-11.

@lauriehg the mostly because the 3rd of hooks allows for additional sizing down when it’s slimming/ reshaping you. It’s almost like having 2 waist trainers in one. Each row of hooks is an inch so with the 3 hook you get 3 inches of slimming. Which with the 2hook it’s great but you’d have to buy a 2nd waist trainer when you are down that 3rd inch

@lauriehg according to all of the information you’ve provided you fall into the range that you will fit a Sz 36 in Latex /and Sz 38 in Workout /fabric +Latex. The workout ones with fabric all run small so it’s recommended to go up a Sz which is why you’d take a 38 in this one. You have selected correctly. Sz 4X fits weight 250-275 lbs. You don’t need that size at all.

@pumkin12 hi pumpkin12. The answer is yes to all of the questions. I wear mine under my clothes when I at work. The fabric type is considered lighter and more bendable for working out. Or bcuz the color is so pretty you can also wear it with matching leggings etc.

@mswink1 well after having my last kid, my belly gotten a little big but I don’t workout much, sometimes I do in the house😒😥😓I’ve heard of some waist trainers that if you wear them everyday helps you loose that fat belly🤷🏽♀️can you tell me how it works! I’m 177 pounds which size would you recommend

@pumkin12 this one fit clothes size 8-11. If you fall in that clothes size range then this one will do great. Yes if you wear it around the house you will see reduction in your waistline. I dropped from size 20 to size 8/10 wearing waist trainers. I also walk 3-4 days a week
