Worn only one time for my prom! Gorgeous tulle skirt and mesh sequined top. It has blue and silver sequins. The top half is see through. I did have the dress altered but the hem can be let out or it can be taken up more. It is exactly size 8 but here are some of the measurements: 37" from the waist to the floor. 14" from armpit to armpit
