helloelisha16 @tspinr hey! The bag hasn't been used, but has been moved a few times. Dust bag is included, too! There are some natural leather marks since purchase, but it's not due to wear. It's "like new" with no smells and pet-free home! I also have the vachetta leather version that i prefer due to color and it holds a 15" macbook + books & extra clothes

helloelisha16 @mellygonzz hey! The strap is a thick woven cotton. It's like as thick and strong as those yoga/Pilates straps. I'm pretty sure it's cotton (removable/easy wash!)
