Black and White Polka Dot Jacket

Kawaii!! Purchased on a trip to Japan.. Worn only a couple of times.. Thin material but with a little weight to it. Soft and has a little shine to the fabric.. Belt to give a waist!! Jacket says Medium but fits more like a Small (Japanese sizing).
