BNIB. Unfortunately when I received it from Sephora, one of the eyeshadow's was completely broken and another with a big nick in it. Two of the shadow pans do not stay in very well, but are fine if flat.The plastic is still on the mirror and none of the shadows were used. As always my items are guaranteed 100% authentic! cmcanitano If interested, try returning to Sephora. Even if you don't have the receipt you will get your money back! You can return two products to Sephora in one calendar year without the receipt with no problems.

mohawkgypsy @stinabonbon thanks for the advice....Sephora is almost an hour away, it was a gift for my daughter and I ended up just going to Ulta and buying because it was 2 days before Christmas and I had to go out of the Country. Just not sure I want to go through the hassle..lol...

mohawkgypsy @tesskatelyn There are several ways...usually though you will see font difference in the words, or the spelling of the names will be off only to name a few. I provided a pic of the serial # to prove authentication as well.

mohawkgypsy @tesskatelyn And I cannot accept $25 for a Pallet that I paid $49 + tax for. Their are 16 eyeshadow's which comes out to $3.06 per eyeshadow, Only one shadow is missing and one with a nick. My asking price of $35 is more than fair, over $15 off to compensate for those two shadows. I appreciate your offer though :).
