mgeringer @lovelyinlife Yes, exact jacket. I'm a 34D and a 4/6. I just tried on the medium and the large. Both fastened over my bust and I have on a sweatshirt. The biggest difference was in the shoulders. If you want a looser fit, then the large would be fine. If you would like the jacket more fitted, you may want the medium. It isn't a "fitted" jacket...more of a loose cut.

mgeringer @niethamerann It's a boxy fit, not fitted, with hook and eye closure. I'm a 34D and tried it on and it was loose on me. I think it would be ok. Worst case scenario is to wear it open, which looks better any way.
