Aside from messaging the seller on the item or their main profile page, your only alternative is to contact Poshmark and tell them you really want the item but seller has not shipped. They will contact them on your behalf. Good luck!

foxarazzi @piff_7 think seasonal, so right now is not the time to focus on shorts & tees- I'm not saying don't list them, but focus on coats, sweaters, boots, lingerie (Valentines Day), etc. Also, pay attention to the Poshmark parties and posts you'll see...if they have boutiques for chuck taylors, balenciaga bags, etc, chances are, that's what's trending. I do my research, too. Pop into closets that seem to have a lot of followers and sales, filter to see their sold items.

foxarazzi @piff_7 the best advice I can give you is to share a lot as that is key here. Try to share your closet to the parties and queenmum's advice is to share it 3x a day. Connect with other Poshers. Share more. Return shares. And give your posts the best cover shots you can! (This is one area I've improved and it has helped my sales tremendously) 😘💕

I always try to find quality items that I like that are seasonal, on trend/though I like to buck trends too, and affordable. I pay attention to what is selling in other posh closets, to the brands Posh promotes in parties and in their showrooms. Lingerie has sold very well for me and before that I was selling a lot of jewelry. The best advice I can give is have a variety. 😊 hope this helps

No idea what happened with the first two, but the most recent seller seems to have a history of delayed shipment (she always had a reason, she was terribly ill, there was a horrible storm, and in my case, a family emergency).

Share groups are a great way to do that and I highly recommend them. Share as much as possible and always stay positive and kind. That's my style but everyone has their own. I am kind with my words and firm with my bottom line on pricing. Be patient. It takes time to grow, but you'll get there with persistence

I have only had to upgrade a label once for snowboarding boots and ouch the extra $6 or $7 seemed like a gouge on top of the 20%, but I was happy to get the item sold at a fair price. I think it would depend on what you've sold and the value vs earnings. If you feel the extra is too much (maybe you've sold a bunch of very low priced items) you can always ...

foxarazzi @alexchris_89 either post a sign listing with your policy and requiring the buyer pay the extra. But that $7 may cost you your sales. I've seen others communicate to the buyer that they would have to purchase the bundles separately. You could also add a listing they "buy" to upgrade shipping weight. I wish I had a better answer. If it were me, I'd probably let the buyer know only if the items were super cheap and the $7 really cut into overall value.

pattiborrell Foxarazzi I received my bathing suit in size Med. it is too small. You suggested that I go up a size and I did however the suite pulls on my shoulders due to being to short in the torso. 858classic Hi there. I just received my denim shirt dress today. I have never complained about any of my Posh purchases in the past. If they didn't fit, or I didn't like them, i would simply repost. But the quality of this dress is horrible. It looks so cheap, I would never think of reposhing it to someone else. I am positive it is not the same dress as in the pics. Is it returnable? 858classic @foxarazzi the dress is not the same one as in the photos. The top of the pockets aligns with the 3rd button on the dress in the photos. The dress I was sent the pockets are smaller and in a different location. It literally looks NOTHING like the pictures. From the material, to the color, to the styling.

Please examine the pictures of the dress and notice how the seams on the shoulders appear to be deconstructed and the trim along the lapel deconstructed. The actual dress has no deconstruction and isn't even made out of demim. The buttons don't align with the pockets the same as the dress in the photo. It's just not what is being advertised. I'm really hoping others don't buy the dress hoping they are getting what is in the picture.

What I always do is state in the listing the actual tag size but i will use the listing actual size as the option to buy. I always have stated the tag size in the listing to avoid any of that nonsense. Good luck! Let me know what happens 😊

I'm 5'3 and the sleeves are too short.
