Kate Young Size 8 Dress

This peplum dress has a blue lace top with spaghetti straps and the skirt of it is smooth and black. I've only worn it a few times to nice events, and it recently outgrew me. It's in very good condition save for a black mark on the tag. When I put it on my waist felt TINY. I wouldn't by getting rid of it if it still fit me. 💕 Does not come with belt, but the dress frankly isn't at a loss for it.
