@beccaes the only medium I have left for this dress is the light blue (the listing you commented on before). I only have smalls in the dark blue unfortunately. I'm not sure but I think you could fit a small depending on how tall you are, cuz I'm 34 27 38 and I am modeling the small in this picture and it fit me fine. But if you want a more loose fit the light blue is an option for u :)
