The measurements for the small are L:28" B:23" W:20" there's really only an inch difference in the medium L:29" B:24" W:21" For reference I'm a size 6 and 34DD I can fit both small and medium. The medium felt more comfortable in the arms for me. Let me know if you have any more questions!
