Hi! My name is Ari and I am the designer crafter and owner of The Odd Portrait. We are from Las Vegas. I make every single item myself. Once a one of a kind item is gone it’s gone. I buy small batches and I cut the leather to show case the natural raw detail which can not be replicated unfortunately but it’s also what makes each item so special and specially made for each new owner. Hi! I received the Sophia Loren top today and really love it. I noticed that the transfer isn't entirely ironed down and I'm wondering if you can suggest something that I do to secure it? I took a picture which I can send you. I just don't want it to peel off in the wash and I have a feeling it may. Thanks!!!

@carpediem1430 o no I checked it before shipping. All you have to do it get a cloth put it down and then hold a hot iron over it. We have sold a couple and no one has said it came if in the wash so I would just do that and you should be fine. If it does by some small chance come off in the wash we can work out s return I will personal contact Poshmark to see how to go about that for you. Hi! I tried to iron down the transfer but for some reason it is not attaching. I'm not sure what to do at this point because I don't want to wear it for fear that it will detach further. Is there something else I can try? I'm so sorry!!

@carpediem1430 hi no I totally understand I am so sorry. We can work out a return or if you really want to keep it you can get a little pice of no sew tape or glue I would recommend the tape though if it's a small corner and you just put that in and iron it down.

If you don't mind doing the no sew tape I think most food stores carry it or Joanne's fabrics Michaels and or Hobby lobby all have it. Just let me know what you would like to do. Once again I truly apologies for the hassle and inconvenience this has put in you.
