NWOT Nude Flowy Chiffon Short Dress

Beautiful chiffon dress with floral shoulder embellishment. Stretchy elastic waist. Very light weight and flowy, absolutely gorgeous for any special event. I never got to wear this, but it may be a little crushed from being in my closet. Asymmetrical flowy hemline. That is not a mark on the dress, it's the tag showing through the skirt in the first picture, but there is a pulled thread on the skirt (3rd picture). Listed as Windsor for views, purchased in Canada.
