Maybe you bought the waist trainers that are poorly made and cheap.. and had a bad experience with them.. obviously you don't do your research on waist trainer! if anyone has doubt doesn't need to buy from me.. They started way back in the 1900's with corset! Don't start drama on my page or you will be blocked. And you can wear waist trainers during workouts. Just like many celebrities and fitness trainers! Do your research😂

There is 3 rows of hooks on the waist trainer to adjust sizing but since you are right at 130 I would say get a small .. but a medium would fit you if your the same size Jeans as me.

Some are cheap and made in China but are made out of rubber or something that won't work that's why they are so cheap😑 a lot of waist trainer that are effective cost way more than $50 online. elainelestyle @mischief_baby yay okay Hun😊 yes, I've been wearing it since 2014! and I don't generally work out in it unless I'm hiking or doing cardio workouts.. but yes you can wear it during workouts! or anytime during the day, under or over clothes for 3-6 hours a day. but not when you are eating or sleeping!

elainelestyle @brens01 thank you for understanding! I actually did report her and blocked her off my page. Sometimes people on posh can be so harsh and rude. It's ridiculous. If I want to sell waist trainers ... Hair products ... Diet pills... Or whatever I'd like to, is my choice. My Poshmark my closet my items.. People just don't think.
