@marywest no the black is the same the pic just shows another way to wear it if u wanted to belt as well. Also, yes u can wear a strapless low back bra. That's what I wear when I wear mine and it works great. I have a deep v low back strapless that wear with a lot of these types of dresses and it works great!! This is one of my all time fav pieces for sure

Nevertheless, the large is sold out in this one chica. It does run small so if you need more info on the medium just let me know. It's a much bigger fit so I tell most to size down in this one....let me know and I can try to measure for you as best as I can on this piece
