This fully lined, black eyelet dress from Laundry by Design has bell sleeves w/ elastic cinching above the elbows, under which the sleeves flare. I had just moved and hurt my back so I wasn’t really active on posh Mark but if you’re still interested in the dress I can show you the back it’s actually a lot like the front.
