Hello.... Has this dress been altered by anyone? Kate Spades dresses are pretty true to there size, and a true 4 with her dresses wouldn’t have a 25 inch waist... So was this dress bought brand new by you, and worn only by you? I’m interested in it , but not if it’s not being sold for a size 4 Kate Spade, that’s only been worn once.
