The bag is 100% authentic and used maybe 10 times. In great condition still. The outer body is clean with some light wear and some scratches in certain areas, the black lock to open has some white scratches from the lock being opened, the inside is clean. elen16 @anitamuffin ok so the front of the bag where the black metal is has some scratches from turning the Knob to open the bag, can see from close up. The exterior of the bag is clean with the back have some creases from normal use. Nothing noticeable from my view. The inside where the butterflies are is clean. When you open the flap that area has some creases as well from being opened and closed, nothing major.
