Black silky dress with tie for waist and ruffles

Black v neck dress. It is a silky dress with a tie that wraps around the waist. Needs some steaming as wrinkles will come out (will steam before I send). Worn a few times to weddings but would be great for going out as well! Oh and ruffles on the front! I'm 5' 8" for reference and 34b.
