Can you tell me the measurements, laying flat, armpit to armpit on the size two and the four? Also what is so light show over to him line for the 2 and the 4?

@maralu64 Yes. Thank you for your interest in this item. The size 2 measures 15-1/2" and the size 4 measures 16-1/2". The material is very stretchy and thick. The material is not see through in normal lighting.

@exexec okay thank you. I hate to ask this but can you measure hip to hip? I'm sort of pear-shaped so I want to see how it'll work I don't want to type in the hips and rear area. I am going to go to high school reunion in July and there will be a dinner and dance at a country club.

@maralu64 Of course. The size 2 measures 16-4/7" and the size 4 measures 17-1/2". If you're undecided between sizes, I would size up on this one. It's a beautiful, well made dress. Perfect for a summertime country club event.
