ABS by Allen Schwartz sea blue sweetheart dress!

This dress is so pretty, detailed, and unique! It fits very snug around the sweetheart style top and is princess like from the waist down with chiffon lining the skirt portion. I purchased several years ago from Nordstrom for a formal and never actually wore it! Removed partial tags after trying on when dress was brand new. Prefer cash but will trade for the right piece!
