awaywardmermaid @mari_soph Hi 💕 I'm 5'1" and I would say it's more of a tunic. It was labeled tank, but I added the tunic part because it is for us petite gals. From shoulder to hem it us 28.5" Could also work over a bathing suit. Hope this helps!
