I normally wear a medjum and sometimes a large if something is on the smaller fitted side. Would I be safe with a medium in this top or would I need a large? I also have a 36 b up top in case that helps

@cmbillick1981 so this top is stretchy if you like your tops fitting a little looser with shrinking allowed I would do the large to be safe! The difference in the armpit to armpit was only an inch...
