ldjang @lilmb3 Its hard to say bc of strappy back but laying flat its about 15.5" bust (see 3rd pic). But it has a good amount of stretch to it and keep in mind the dress form is a size 4 and it fits great. Let me know if u have any more questions. Thx

ldjang @lilmb3 I actually think it would fit. It has a lot of give bc it's all straps and they're pretty stretchy. I'm a 36 bra and it fits me across the bust.
