@clarity4me hi, chest measures 23" across (armpit to armpit). Hip measures 25" across. I would say it runs true to size but please double check the measurements. Let me know if you have any other questions. This is so cute! And length from shoulder to bottom hem is about 30". Straps are adjustable.
