In excellent condition and so gorgeous and perfect for Spring and Summer! I did not buy this from Modcloth but they did carry this brand and dress but in a different cut. The sleeves tie so they are adjustable.

jenhuckaby88 @hilaryp This dress fits larger than her typical mediums :) The waist measures 15 inches flat and I can stretch it to 16 inches. The bust measures 18-18.5 inches.
