It's LOVELY. Dark brown band along waistline. Band is not stretchy. Fully Lined .15.5" across X 22" long. White/off white -more towards white in color. It's fitted but not butt-hugging. It is a perfect pencil skirt. Wear this with my anthropologie ticking striped jacket and a fitted tank underneath!
