@shelleywoodwort it's not lined with a different fabric I don't think, I posted a pic of the inside just so you can see what I mean :) it's stretchy (80% nylon and 20% spandex) but I posted a pic of the measurements straight across, unstretched (about 15") lemme know if that helps!!
