Super adorable Betsey Johnson empire waist dress from a few years back. Only worn once, in perfect condition. Has cornflower blue, hot pink, and cream stripes and flowers. Hits at knee (5'7), has a modest neckline with 1" adjustable straps (adjustable by button at back of dress). Fits true to size.
