They're about 13 inches across and have an elastic waistband - they fit me just fine and we're about the same size 😊 if you'd still like to purchase these in the Small and the black in XS, I can bundle both for $70 with discounted shipping. natpi @arwills9476 just measured! Ok this is crazy - I think the manufacturer switched the size labels on accident for my last Small & Medium - the M is 29 inches inseam and the S is 30 inches. The M is also an inch shorter on the waistband. So the M is really a S and the S is really a M. Hope that's not confusing 🙈 so glad I measured! Please let me know if you have any other questions 💕
